How to Get a Library Card
  • Persons who live in or own property in Kerr County and have appropriate forms of identification are eligible for an initial library card at no charge. Please see the Circulation Department staff for further information.

Forms of identification

  • Valid photo identification such as Texas driver's license with current address.
