In order to use our online services, please stop by the Library Circulation Desk. You will need to select a four-digit PIN number and provide current identification. When you access our online services you will be asked for your Patron ID (your library card number) and your PIN Number (the four-digit number you have selected).
Using Our Online Services:
Go to the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library website at bhmlibrary.org Choose Library Catalog from the menu list. Follow the instructions for the type of connection you are using to connect to our catalog. At the Library Catalog (GALAXY WebPAC) main page select Access Your Account. Enter your Patron ID and PIN Number and click on the Submit button. You should now be at the Patron Validation Successful screen. Select available menu items or the Help feature.
How to Disconnect:
It is very important that you Log Off at the end of your session in order to protect the privacy of your account. Look for Log Off on any of the screens that you visit during your session. The following message confirms when you have successfully ended your session:
Thank you and come again. To protect your privacy, we recommend
that you close your Browser. If [you] want to close the window, press
close.
We urge you to use the close option in order to remove tracking of your transaction from the computer you use to access your account.
Available Services:

View information about your account including address, telephone number, and amount of fees owed, if any. |

View a listing of the items you have checked out along with their due dates. |

Place Reserves on items that are checked out. |
|
View your Reserves and cancel them if you no longer need them. |
|
Create a personal bibliography of titles from our catalog. |
Online renewal of items is not available. Please contact the Circulation Desk at (830) 257-8422 for assistance with renewals. For assistance in using online services call the same number and request the Reference Desk. We can also demonstrate the services when you are in the library.
